ImageCompress provides online image compression tools that allow users to reduce the file size of JPEG images. The Service processes images locally in your browser and does not store uploaded images on our servers.

  • THE SERVICE WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION
  • ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED
  • THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ImageCompress, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ImageCompress and its employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the Service
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right
  • Any content you submit or upload

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ImageCompress regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and ImageCompress relating to your use of the Service.
